By creating an account or placing an order on BlogSphere Media, you agree to these terms.

What we do

BlogSphere Media is a marketplace that connects advertisers with website owners (publishers) who sell guest posts and link placements.

Accounts

• You must give correct information when you register.
• You are responsible for your account and password.
• We may approve, refuse or close any publisher or advertiser account.

For advertisers

• Prices are shown on each listing and are paid when you place an order.
• Your content must be legal, accurate and must not promote adult, gambling, hate or illegal products.
• We cannot guarantee rankings, traffic or sales from any link.

For publishers

• You must own the website you list or have permission to sell posts on it.
• The DA, traffic and other details you give must be true. We may check them and change or remove a listing.
• A published post must stay live. If a link is removed, we may refund the advertiser from your earnings.
• Earnings are added to your balance after an order is completed. We keep a 15% commission on each order.

Orders and refunds

If an order is not completed, the payment is returned to the advertiser. If a link is removed or not delivered as agreed, we may replace it or refund the order.

Prohibited use

You may not use the platform for spam, fraud, fake information or anything illegal.

Changes

We may update these terms. Using the platform after a change means you accept it.
